Just Beatiful
Received the rack yesterday and my wife had to have it installed immediately. After looking the unit over, I was very immpressed with the workmanship, appearance, and the appearent care in packing and shipping. But I have to boast about the customer service the most. Before ordering, I was concerned about the supplied chains. I have tall vaulted ceiling here in the desert southwest and knew the 18" chain would not work. I contacted Customer Service about this issue through Amazon and received several E mail, back and forth, and they resolved the problem within 2 days. They supplied me with the proper length chains that I would need for a very resonable price. We highly recommend this product and the manufacturer!

Absolutely Beautiful!!!
You would think that for such a low price this pot rack would have the look and feel of something cheap, or that it would not keep its lovely appearance. You would be wrong!! Mine is as beautiful today as when it was installed several years ago. It is in constant use, and is always admired by visitors to our home. They think it must have cost much more. This is NOT a flimsy, piece of junk. I have it loaded with all the pots and pans and utensils I use regularly and/or want to show off--probably a hundred pounds' worth of weight hanging from the outer rim and the center grid (I purchased a lot more hooks). There is no sign of stress anywhere. Another reviewer remarked about the customer service. Absolutely correct! Delivery was prompt and the product was packaged well to protect it in transit. We will be selling this house in the near future, and we might have to leave the pot rack for the new owners. I will be sad to part with it, but I hope our next home will have a place...

Love the price and I had one that I paid over 450.00 and this was a smaller one but it served the porposed to my Daugther. love it sonia
