looks good once you have pots up and balanced, but the one hook (to the ceiling) system is bad. always have to re-adjust everything to balance every time you take a pan off or it'll all slide and crash on one side.

Hard to balance
This rack is the perfect size and shape for the space in my kitchen I chose to hang it, which is why I purchased it. However, since it hangs from a single point attached to the ceiling it is difficult to get it to balance when hanging pots and pans on it. I had to hang my pots in a non-aesthetically-pleasing way just to keep it from tipping, with bigger/long handled pots all around the outside surrounding and blocking easy access to smaller ones hung from the grates in the center. Then, once you take one pot off its hook, the whole thing tilts anyway. Any heavy pots that are hung from the outer frame of the rack will slide while on their hooks in the direction of the tilt, making it worse and possibly catastrophic. I couldn't hang either of my cast iron skillets or my larger regular pots and pans because of this, so they're still in my cupboards. Kind of defeats the purpose, but the rack still looks pretty nice. Whoever designed this got the "form" part right, but at the cost of the...

I am very happy with the pot hanger. All of my new set of pots and pans fit on this square size with no problem.
