Not What Was Expected
Exactly what the title says. I have been shopping for a grid for the wall, to hang pots. Excited when I seen the item available on Amazon, I ordered 2 of them. When they arrived,(shipped & packaged well) to my disappointment they were a mini version of what I was expecting in size & quality. The items were inserts for a overhead, hanging pot set up. Which was not thoroughly explained & detailed in the advertising. A little mis directed or confusing for someone looking for a specific product.The post could/would have done justice by stating such. In closing, Amazon was excellant in processing a return label for the product. Not so timely in posting the refund to my account for the vendors returned item.(1 was shipped thru Amazon & 1 from an outside vendor)
